Temporary Adult Use Daily Purchase Limits Explained

Current rules impose purchase limits on how much marijuana recreational users can purchase in one day. These limits help maintain adequate supply for all customers across the state and are determined by product type, weight, and THC content.

Until further notice, The Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (ODCC) has established temporary daily purchase limits for Adult Use customers. Each state-approved product is assigned a Daily Unit value determined by product type, weight, and THC content. An Adult Use customer may purchase up to 10 Daily Units per visit. Medical Marijuana patients can purchase up to 45 Daily Units per visit. Click here for more information regarding Daily Units.

Please note: Assigned Daily Unit values do not represent how long a product should last.

See below for a breakdown of Daily Units per product category:

Flower = 2.83g

Edibles | Ingestables |  Tinctures = 110mg THC

Topicals | Transdermals = 295mg THC

Vape Oils | Extracts = 595mg THC

Dispensary staff will be happy to further explain purchase limits during your visit and verify limits are not exceeded.
