Medical and recreational cannabis are now legal to buy and consume in Ohio for adults who are 21 and older, including in Oberlin.
The Ohio Division of Cannabis Control has established temporary daily purchase limits for adult-use customers. Each state-approved product is assigned a Daily Unit value determined by product type, weight, and THC content. An adult-use customer may purchase up to 10 Daily Units each day.
