Redeeming Rewards Points 

Redeem Rewards Points at any Citizen location by notifying Dispensary Staff during checkout. Earn one point for each dollar spent, but be on the lookout for point specials! Points may be redeemed as follows: 

Every 100 points = $4 off qualifying items (that’s right, 4% cash back!)* 

*Rewards Points take 24 hours to appear in your wallet and cannot be applied toward cannabis products or redeemed for cash per State Regulations. Rewards Points expire after 180 days if no purchase has been made at The Citizen and reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
